A lawyer has not signed this off yet. It was written by the people who built Pumo, it describes what the software actually does today, and a qualified adviser in Oman and in Estonia has to review it before it is final. Nothing on this page is legal advice.
Terms
Two different things happen on this site. Anyone can use a free adviser, and a brand can pay to have Pumo hold its product. These terms cover both, and they are written so that the argument they are meant to prevent never happens.

Two parties: you, and Brainy Circles OÜ
Pumo is operated by Brainy Circles OÜ, a company registered in Estonia. Sareh films and posts the content on Pumo's own Instagram account. Using the adviser, or booking Pumo, means these terms apply between you and that company.

The adviser costs 0 OMR, and that is the whole warranty
It is provided as it is. It can be wrong, it can be unavailable, and it can be withdrawn. It is not veterinary advice, it does not create a professional relationship of any kind, and it is not a reason to delay seeing a vet. Decisions about your animal are yours and your vet's. To the extent the law allows, Brainy Circles OÜ is not liable for a decision you took because software that cost nothing said something.
It is not a substitute for veterinary care. It does not diagnose, it does not prescribe, and it cannot examine your animal.
Booking Pumo: one cat, one bowl, five business days
- The service is one Reel, filmed and edited by Sareh on her phone, posted to Pumo's account as a paid partnership. There is no agency, no crew and no production line item, which is why it costs what it costs.
- Turnaround is five business days from the product physically arriving in Muscat, not from the day the deal was agreed.
- Up to two revisions per Reel are included. A revision is a change to the edit. A different concept is a different Reel.
- The brand brings the product and the message. Sareh writes the script and shoots it, and the format is a feeding narrative rather than a product close-up. That is not a preference: the one close-up we shot did 1,638 views and the feeding narratives did up to 9,913.
- The Regular and The Ambassador run on a three month minimum. Quoting the first month as if it were the whole commitment is how a three month agreement becomes an argument in month two, so it is written here instead.
- The Ambassador takes one brand at a time, which means it is sometimes simply unavailable and no amount of money changes that while someone else holds it.
Your product, shipping and customs to Muscat
Shipping the product to Muscat, and any duty or customs charge on it, is the brand's cost. Send enough of it, because a shoot that runs out of product mid-edit stops. Nothing is returned unless we agreed in writing that it would be, and anything edible is treated as consumed. If a product cannot lawfully be sold or promoted in Oman, it cannot be filmed, and that is checked before anything ships rather than after.
Payment is in Omani rial, quoted before anything is filmed
Prices are on the booking page in Omani rial and the quote you are given is the quote. There is no per lead fee, no commission on your sales and no number that moves after the fact. A recurring package is billed monthly for the agreed minimum. Nothing is filmed before the quote is accepted, and nothing is invoiced that was not in it.

Usage rights run 30 days and then they stop
The copyright in the footage stays with Sareh. What a brand buys is a licence to use it, and each licence is a separate line on the quote with its own 30 day window.
- Every package includes the right to repost the Reel organically on your own Instagram, for as long as it is up.
- Organic usage rights let you post it on your other channels for 30 days.
- Paid usage rights let you put ad spend behind it for 30 days.
- Whitelisting lets you run ads from Pumo's own handle for 30 days.
- Category exclusivity means Pumo takes no other brand in your category for 30 days.
- When a window ends the licence ends. Leaving an expired ad running is a use nobody sold you, and the first thing we will ask is that you take it down.
Cancelling, at each of the three points it can happen
- Before the product has shipped: cancel and nothing is owed.
- After the product has arrived but before filming: half the package price covers the slot that was held and is now empty.
- After filming: the package is owed in full, because the work is done, and you still get the Reel.
- If Sareh cancels for any reason other than Pumo's welfare, you are owed everything you paid, in full, without an argument about it.
Pumo's welfare is not a negotiable term
He will not wear a costume that restricts him, he will not be woken for a shoot, he will not be posed with something he is trying to get away from, and he will not be filmed for longer than he is interested in being filmed. If he is unwell, the shoot moves. If a brief needs any of the above, the answer is no rather than a higher price, and we would rather say so before your product is in the post.
Every paid post carries a Paid Partnership label
A booking is advertising and it is labelled as advertising, using Instagram's own paid partnership tag, on every post. We will not publish an undisclosed ad at any price. Where Oman's e-marketing rules require a licence number to be displayed, it is displayed. Nothing in a booking buys the removal of a disclosure.

Listings are free for a year, and the ranking is not for sale
A verified listing is free to every licensed Muscat clinic and shop through the first year. Which partner the adviser shows you is decided by distance, opening hours, species and whether a human has phoned the number and heard it answered. A sponsored slot is a separate, labelled card at a flat monthly fee set in advance, and it does not vary with the business it brings you and does not touch the ranking. If you think a click we reported was junk, one tap disputes it and we honour the dispute.
What we are liable for, and the 12 month cap
- For a paid booking, total liability is capped at what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
- Neither side is liable for lost profit, lost opportunity or the performance of a Reel. Reach is measured and reported, never promised, and a post that underperforms is not a breach.
- For the free adviser, liability is limited to the fullest extent the law allows, which is a different way of saying that free software about your cat is not an insurance policy.
- Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, and for anything a consumer protection law in your country reserves to you.
Estonian law, and the Omani protections it does not remove
These terms are governed by Estonian law, because that is where the company is. If you are a consumer in Oman, that choice does not take away a protection Omani law gives you, and you keep every right you would have had anyway. The forum for a dispute is named below once it is settled.

Every change gets a version number, never a silent edit
When these terms change, the version at the top of the page changes with them and the date changes with it. What you agreed to is stored against the version you were shown, so an edit today cannot quietly rewrite what you accepted last year. A change that materially affects a booking already agreed does not apply to that booking.
